About Lugdi Studios
Lugdi Studios is a fashion apparel brand based in Odisha, India, selling at lugdi.shop. These terms govern every purchase made on our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms along with our Shipping, Returns and Exchange, Cancellation, and Privacy policies.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. A GST invoice accompanies every order. Prices, discounts, and offers may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon code can be used per order. Product images are mockups for illustration. The delivered garment follows the design, colour, and size selected at checkout.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation email means we have received your order. It is not an acceptance. Acceptance happens when your order moves into production or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch in cases such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or an unserviceable pincode, with a full refund of any prepaid amount.
Print and size variance
Because garments are printed to order, slight variations in colour shade and print placement can occur between pieces and between screen mockups and the physical product. Such variance is not a defect. Each product page carries a size chart with garment measurements. Please compare it with a garment that fits you before ordering, as size preference is not covered under returns.
Payments and cash on delivery
Prepaid orders are processed through our secure payment gateway using UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or EMI where available. We do not store your card or bank details. COD orders may need OTP or call confirmation. Unconfirmed COD orders are cancelled without charge.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, photographs, logos, and text on lugdi.shop belong to Lugdi Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use any store content without written permission. For business and collaboration enquiries, write to business@lugdi.shop.
Fair use of the store
You agree not to misuse the store, place fraudulent orders, abuse discounts or COD, or interfere with store security. We may restrict or block accounts engaged in such activity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as disappointment over delivery delays caused by events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
