Cancellation window
You can cancel your order only before it goes into printing, generally within 12 to 24 hours of placing it, while the order is still on hold. Because each piece is made to order, cancellation is not possible once printing has started.
How to cancel
Mail contact@lugdi.shop immediately with your order number and registered phone number, with the subject line Cancel Order. Requests are handled in order of receipt during business hours, Monday to Saturday. To be safe, place cancellation requests as early as possible. A cancellation is confirmed only when our team replies confirming it.
You need to contact only Lugdi Studios, through our Contact page or by mailing contact@lugdi.shop. Our team cancels your order in our store system and at our printing facility together. A request made anywhere else does not stop production until our team confirms the cancellation to you.
Orders already dispatched
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, the parcel returns to our facility and the reship process in the Returns and Exchange Policy applies.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Prepaid orders cancelled in time are refunded in full to the original payment source in 5 to 7 business days. Shipping fees collected on the order are refunded as well when the full order is cancelled. COD orders carry no advance payment, so nothing is charged on cancellation.
Orders cancelled by us
We may cancel an order before dispatch in rare cases such as an unconfirmed COD order, an unserviceable delivery pincode, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. Prepaid amounts in such cases are refunded in full to the original payment source, and you will be informed by email.
