How fulfilment works at Lugdi Studios
Every Lugdi Studios garment is made to order. When you place an order, your piece moves into printing, then passes a quality check, and is packed and dispatched from our facility. Printing and dispatch take 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery timelines and charges
We deliver across more than 29000 pincodes in India. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days from the date of ordering.
- Standard Prepaid Delivery: Rs.49 per order, free on prepaid orders of Rs.999 and above.
- COD Delivery: Rs.99 per order, free on COD orders of Rs.1499 and above.
Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are part of our ongoing offers and may change from time to time. The rates and thresholds shown at checkout when you place your order are final.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your cart value and payment method. Please select the shipping method that matches your payment method so your order moves without delay.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, the tracking link is shared with you by email, SMS, and WhatsApp on your registered contact details. You can also track the order from your account page on lugdi.shop. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, write to contact@lugdi.shop with your order number and we will trace it with our courier partners.
Delivery areas and remote pincodes
We currently deliver within India only. Most pincodes are served in the standard window. A small number of remote pincodes may take the full 14 business days. If your pincode is not serviceable, our support team will contact you with a choice of full refund or delivery to an alternate serviceable address.
Delays and failed delivery attempts
Delivery may slow down during heavy rain, festivals, strikes, or courier load. Please keep your phone reachable during the delivery window, as couriers call before attempting delivery. COD orders may receive an order confirmation call from our team. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled to protect you from fraud.
Address changes
If you entered a wrong address or pincode, write to contact@lugdi.shop within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once dispatched, the parcel cannot be rerouted. Parcels that return to us because of a wrong address or repeated failed attempts are held at our facility and reshipped on request within 100 days. Reshipping charges apply.
