To run your orders, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address with pincode, order details, and support messages. Payment details are processed directly by our secure payment gateway. We do not see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.
How we use your data
- Printing, packing, dispatching, and delivering your orders.
- Order updates and tracking alerts by email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Customer support and claim verification, including unboxing media you share.
- Fraud prevention, including COD confirmation checks.
- Offers and new drop updates, only if you opt in. Every marketing message carries an opt out.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed data with our payment gateway and our delivery partners so they can charge and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect against fraud.

Data retention
Order records are kept as required for accounts, tax, and warranty purposes, generally up to 8 years. Support chats and claim media are kept for up to 2 years. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by mailing grievance@lugdi.shop from your registered email address. We respond within 30 days. Some records cannot be deleted while the law requires us to keep them.
Security and children
We use SSL encryption, access controls, and reputed service providers to protect your data. Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
